CANCELLATION POLICY
Please keep in mind to be fresh for any waxing services. Please DO NOT shave or use any hair removal products 2-4weeks before service. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
